Our Core Purposes
To carry out our mission & visioin, our community has 5 core purposes:
- WORSHIP GOD: Our desire is that we would all experience the Living God through our worship of Him. Jesus said “to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength, this is the greatest commandment.”
- REACH PEOPLE: Jesus Himself came to reach the world with the message of saving grace and hope that comes through a relationship with Him. God has now passed the torch on to us to bring this message to our community and to our world.
- BUILD COMMUNITY: We believe that real church happens in the context of community, building relationships with each other where needs are met, victories can be shared, and real church can take place. Life is better together!
- COACH LIVES: We define coaching in three ways: teaching, mentoring, and discipling. With these in mind, we set out to lead people into a growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ that we may become more and more like Him.
- SERVE OTHERS: We seek to serve God in all that we do. We believe that everyone has a God-designed place to serve as well. God gives everyone gifts, talents and resources that are intended to be used to serve Him by serving others.
